December Steel Imports by Product, Port, and Country Now Available

We have posted the latest imports by product, port and country in the Premium section of the website. The most recent data is through the end of 2013.
Some of the highlights include totals for hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanized and “other metallic coated” which is primarily Galvalume.
This report provided information which can help identify unusual import trends by port, product or by country.
The report can be found here on the SMU website when you have logged in to your Premium account. To access them through our menu, look under the Analysis tab for the Imports/Exports section, and the Imports by Port/Country data is at the bottom of the list.
