Convert Price Per Sheet To All Billing Methods
When converting price per sheet (PPS), take your price per sheet and divide by the square footage of the sheet. Then divide that by 40.8. Further divide that by the TMW decimal, and that will give you the TMW price per pound.
In short:
- Price Per Sheet ÷ Square Footage of Sheet ÷ 40.8 ÷ TMW Decimal = TMW Price per Pound.
PPS to Actual Weight
To convert PPS to actual weight pricing, simply divide the PPS by the square footage of the sheet, and divide again by 40.8. Next divide that by the average decimal. This will give you the actual price per pound.
In short:
- Price per Sheet ÷ Square Footage of Sheet ÷ 40.8 ÷ Average Decimal = Actual Price per Pound.
PPS to TNW
When converting PPS to TNW pricing, similarly to the formula above, divide the PPS by the square footage of the total sheet, and next divide that by 41.82. (nom weight). Then divide again by the theoretical nominal decimal. This will give you the theoretical nominal price per pound.
In short:
- Price per Sheet ÷ Square Footage of Sheet ÷ 41.82 ÷ Theoretical Nominal Decimal = Theoretical Nominal Price per Pound.
PPS to Square Feet
Simply take your price per sheet and divide by the total square footage of the sheet. This gives you the price per square foot.
In short:
- Price per Sheet ÷ Square Footage of Sheet = Price per Square Foot.
