JSW Steel USA CEO Steps Down

JSW Steel USA announced that Mark Bush has stepped down as CEO to pursue other opportunities.
Greg Manfredi, current COO of JSW Steel USA, will take interim charge, and lead both the Mingo Junction, Ohio, and the Baytown, Texas, teams.
His role will also include the continued execution of the modernization and upgrades of the plate mill facility at Baytown, the company said.
“We sincerely thank Mark for his leadership in steering JSW Steel USA during the Covid-19 pandemic and in achieving the many milestones that the company accomplished during his tenure,” Parth Jindal, director of JSW USA, said in a statement.
Flat steel and tubular producer JSW Steel USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of India’s JSW Steel Ltd.

Buyers participating in our first market survey of 2025 reported a slight decline in mill lead times compared to our last survey in mid-December. After rising moderately in early December, lead times edged lower through this week and are now only slightly above the lows seen back in July and November. Overall, production times have remained historically short since last summer, with minimal movement since then.
