Written by Tim Triplett
January 21, 2019
Phillips 66 Partners, Harvest Midstream Co. and PBF Logistics LP have agreed to jointly develop the ACE Pipeline System in Louisiana, which will move crude oil some 60-80 miles from the market hub in St. James to downstream refining destinations in Belle Chasse, Meraux and Chalmette.
The partners may elect to add a delivery destination to Clovelly, La., depending on market demand.
The pipeline system, expected to be in service by the second half of 2020, will have an initial throughput capacity of 400,000 barrels per day.
