The 6th Street CS&W facility is located on 10 acres and includes a 108,000-square-foot building assessed at $2.9 million, according to city records.

Alro Steel, headquartered in Michigan, is a distributor of metals, industrial supplies and plastics with locations in 12 states. Alro currently has two metals division facilities in Wisconsin, one outside of Milwaukee in Wauwatosa and the other in Oshkosh.
