Cleveland-based Majestic Steel USA, Inc., has acquired Titan Metal Service, Inc., a Tampa, Fla., service center and processor. The acquisition expands Majestic’s business in the coated flat-rolled market and extends its reach in the Southeast, particularly the growing Florida market, the company said.
“We are happy to welcome Titan Metal Service to the Majestic Steel USA family,” said Todd Leebow, Majestic President and CEO. “We look forward to continuing to support the existing business while pursuing growth opportunities in the Southeast region. As a combined team, we are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers.”
Founded in 1979, Majestic is a family owned and operated service center offering prime flat-rolled steel, including galvanized, galvannealed, Galvalume, aluminized, cold-rolled, phosphatized/bonderized, stainless and pre-painted products.
